Color B: Add Rutile 4%, Tin oxide 3%, Cobalt Oxide2%

 

Second row from top, second tile from left is #6476, John Britt's Warm Yellow (you can find the recipe in the Clayart archives). This test is on a porcelain body. It is not yellow on this clay body, but more of a pinkish beige/pinkish light tan.  You would get more color on an ironing bearing body.

This is an ash glaze. I used mixed fireplace ash which was mostly hardwoods.

E (Is D+A) which is 0.5% Cobalt Ox., 0.075% chrome oxide, 0.5% Copper Ox,3.5% Superpax

Color C, Add: 1.5% Copper Carbonate, 0.5% Cobalt Carbonate.

 

Bottom row, far left tile is a Fake ash glaze  #7295 color O

 

Color O, Add: Cobalt carbonate 0.1%,  Copper Carbonate 0.5%

Bottom row, second tile from left is a Fake ash glaze #7295 color I (see base recipe above)

Color I, Add: 1% Copper Carbonate

Bottom row second tile from right is a Fake ash glaze #7295 color A (see base recipe above)

Color A, Add: 3% Copper carbonate, Chrome oxide 0.375%

Bottom row far right tile is #7295 Color F This is a fake ash glaze (see base recipe above)
